About Our Internal Communications Portal
WKP Provides this service to all parties involved in every project. Updates from this service override any other type of communication unless otherwise stated.
The purpose of this service is to protect the integrity of each project, ensuring all parties are working on the same version with all updates effectively communicated in real time, as they happen.
Users Will receive an email notification each time a new document is uploaded to that project. It is up to the user to set their individual email account preferences as to how you are notified of incoming mail.
If any problems occur please gather as much detailed information as possible, ie what steps you took immediately before the problem occurred, then email to info@whitekey.com.au with a subject line of ‘Internal Portal Issue’.
